Client records

Brief, secure notes are kept for clinical purposes and held in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and UK data protection law. You may request a copy of the information held about you at any time.

Confidentiality

What you bring stays between us, with the standard legal and ethical exceptions where there is a serious risk of harm. I receive regular clinical supervision, in which client identity is not disclosed.
